All orders are delivered via email using the Direct download link. You will receive an email from us with the Button saying "View downloads". Simply by clicking it you will be able to download what you ordered.

Standard delivery normally takes 3-5 business days. 36h delivery is available on all orders (for an additional charge). There may be times when delivery time may be extended for example if the voice artist is unavailable or his/her voice is not in good condition. In such cases we will contact you to inform you about possible outcomes.

File are easy to download. Simply click the link received in the email and the download will start. You can always contact us for more details or if you need help downloading it.

You can contact us using the form above. IF you prefer direct contact send us an email on customersupport@microjingles.com. We are also available on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, but remember the fastest support is available via email.

Audio items (Ex. Dj Drops, Intros, Jingles etc) are made-for-you and not only that but you can be very clear about what you're getting because each item on the store has a demo where you can listen almost exactly what you will be getting. And because of that we don't offer refunds. If the mistake is ours or if we aren't able to deliver purchased product, we will refund you the full amount. Refund is not possible once the delivery is enclosed.

If we accept your refund request (sent via email) and if your order is eligible for refund (production not started yet) the refund will be processed within 48h during business days. Most of the time you can expect it on your funding source within a day or two.

The ordering process is very easy:

2. Enter all the information (Script or DJ Name, pronunciation details etc)
3. Click "Add to cart"
4. Click "Checkout"
5. Enter all the billing fields
6. Once your order is processed and confirmed check your email for the Confirmation email
7. All you need to do next is to wait for the Download email - Sent usually within 3 days

We accept all major Credit cards, Apple Pay , Google Pay and PayPal at the moment. We plan to add Venmo and Amazon pay as a payment option in the future.

The payment process is very simple, safe and secure. Just head to the Cart then to Checkout and finally enter all the billing fields which are used to send you invoice.

At the moment we have 8 full time voice artists in our team and you can find them all by clicking "Voice artists" in the Main Menu. They are all experienced, full time voice actor providing high quality recordings.

Sfx or Sound effects is a popular term in audio industry describing booms, explosions, glitches, wipes, crashes etc. In one word these are audio elements used in DJ Drop and Radio Jingle production.

VFX stands for Vocal Effects and it's a term describing effects used on processing vocals like reverb, echo, filter, chorus, flanger etc.

At the moment we don't do video. However, if you have a video file ready we will be happy to do the audio production for it.

DJ Script is a term used to describe script for an audio element for ex. DJ Drop script. If the DJ Drop has words "DJ Mickey In The Mix" that's its script. We need script in order to produce the audio elements.

Yes, we do, our copywriting team can write the script for your Intro or DJ Drop. Such a service will require an extra fee which will be determined in the direct communication with our copywriters available at customersupport@microjingles.com.
